I keep my crockpot on top of my freezer. Somehow the wire and plug ended up in the freezer it feels frozen is it safe to use once it gets back to toon tempature

Give it a couple of days to dry out in case there is condensation inside and it should be fine. However check the cord insulation very carefully after re warming by gently bending it in all directions along its entire length. If it's cracked or brittle at any point, , it needs replacing.
