Any early intervention speech therapists around here?

Would love to hear advice/tips/helpful techniques from fellow slps working in early intervention.

I have experience working with adults and decided it's time for a change Very Happy

Several questions that come to mind:

Dealing with behavioral issues in front of parents (child runnng away to his room)
Toy suggestions? How many do you bring along? Do you change them around each session?
Session notes- how detailed does it have to be?
Something you wish you knew when you first started?
