I got some bug free fresh cauliflower. I am looking for ways to cook it that taste better/only work with fresh cauliflower such as cauliflower rice.

I too love roasted cauliflower and cauliflower rice made from fresh.
I also like marinated salad with fresh cauliflower in a vinaigrette but it hurts my stomach when it's raw.

I have made it with both. I use a real baking sheet not disposable and cook longer but its still good.
