Cheerios and skimmed milk
some cherries
3 hardboiled eggs
lentil curry
salad
turkey meatballs
veg stirfry
1 twizzler
1 candy
will have a treat now, maybe some dark chocolate and licorice.
Yes, I am on a diet. Just (re)started weightwatchers. The new plan looks a lot easier to follow. All the chicken breast, eggs, lentils, beans, peas etc you can eat as much as you want. Plus some other improvements.

Breakfast: almond milk coffee, 1/4 avocado with bean chips
Snack: mini Kind nut bar, banana
Lunch: rice noodles with peanut butter/soy sauce
Snack: dates, blueberries
Dinner: 3 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 bar dark chocolate
