Breakfast one bowl of life and blue milk

Lunch 2 pita pizzas and one rugela and a diet coke

Supper will be pancankes a yogurt smoothie
and cantelope

I might have a snack bag when all kids are sleeping. Time will tell

My diet is starting next week. For real this time. Hopefully. Wink

Breakfast was sandwich of 2 pc Ezekiel bread w/ 1 tbsp techina and loads of sprouts and arugula.
Lunch was a mashed haas avocado on a few rice cakes sprinkled with sunflower seeds and hemp seeds.
Dinner...??

Breakfast: tea with milk
Snack: some chunks of mozzarella cheese
Lunch: dry honey nut cheerios, 8 oz of chocolate milk
Snack: tea with milk, 5 sour sticks
After work snack: tea with milk and a chocolate chip stick (hoping my kids won't touch them before I get home...)
Dinner: half a cutlet of chicken francaise, roasted broccoli
Late snack: tea with milk

I mostly subsist off of tea lol

protein bar (sugar and gluten free)
Salad with chickpeas, orange
Coffee
Applesauce
Apple
After work: sugar free vanilla ice cream
Supper will probably be eggs and maybe whole wheat matzah. Or chicken. Not sure yet.

Oh, I Don't intend on contributing to this thread. I'll end up right back in the fat stigma thread. Had a package of candy coated licorice near me while I worked today..yummy!

I'm so embarrassed, I really eat aton and even thou I'm not overweight I always think I should join overeaters annon
Breakfast: 1 egg and an orange
Snack: taste of nature snack bar
Lunch: vegi burger
Snack: a whole pack of pizzele waffles cookies,
Some almonds, a whole pack of fresh
Mushrooms, cheese cracker made from 3
Pieces of American cheese (I'm bored so I
End up eating all day)
Dinner: vegi burger (again b/c there is no food in the house), 2 sunny sideup eggs, a few spoons of tuna, a piece of cake
And I'm sure I'll b eating all night until I go to bed......

Breakfast: 2 apples and homemade granola

Snack: kind bar. Tea.

Lunch: bagel in sandwich maker, salad and soup

Snack #2: chocolate chip cookie and homemade iced coffee

Dinner: chicken slathered in Mayo and rolled in crumbs and couscous

Snack #3: TBD! (Can't wait!)

breakfast now in winter is usually oatmeal, a fruit and a tea
snack is some protein (nuts, an egg, chickpeas, hummus, edamame etc.) and a fiber (fruit/ popcorn/ whole grain pretzels/ crackers/ rice cake/ granola/ home baked stuff etc) or if no time, a granola bar
lunch is usually a lg salad with a protein and carb. Sometimes also a fruit if I want something sweet
then another snack
dinner usually chicken or fish with a ton of veggies and a starchy side dish (rice, quinoa, sweet potato, barley, etc)
later usually another snack
oh, and I forgot to say- lots of chocolate;)
