Today was somewhat atypical, but here goes...

Breakfast:
Oatmeal and 2 huge mugs of coffee with almond milk

Skipped lunch

Dinner:
Rotisserie chicken from the takeout place (I was tired), raw carrots, fennel and sugar snap peas, an orange.

I will most likely have another fruit before I go to sleep.

More typically I have greek yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast, salad and some kind of protein for lunch, and protein, veggies and quinoa or brown rice for dinner. If I am on the run and see I haven't eaten I might have a protein bar r some nuts. I also have a little piece of chocolate several times a week.

today:
breakfast:100 calorie bag of nuts, tea w/honey, 1/2 an orange
snack: string cheese
lunch: salad, quinoa w/roasted veggies & shredded cheese
snack: cottage cheese & an apple
(I ate like a cup of steamed broccoli while my child ate dinner)
dinner: mushroom, onion & cheese bake thing, 1 whole egg, 1 egg white w/some random tomato thing I had, 1/2 a sweet potato.
evening snack: nugo fiber bar.

I also have a horrible habit of eating a ton of apples. I eat probably a few pounds of apples a day. Yes, pounds. I have a really bad issue. I am probably consuming an extremely unsafe amount of pesticides. I should probably stop but it really is an addiction and I'm having a horrible time trying to break it.

No... I'm serious. Just FYI the milk in the coffee was whole. I used oil to make the omelette and sweet potatoes. It was a lot of food! I happen to enjoy healthy eating so it was healthy but a lot.

Trying to remember. Coffee, nature valley granola bars (that pack of 2):breakfast; chicken cutlet, pears, and cooked carrots for lunch and a cup or 2 of ginger ale; homemade chocolate chip cookie bar for snack; 2 breadsticks, a bowl of chili for supper; some vitamin water and 2 more bowls of chili for snack now. A couple pieces of sugar free must gum.
Not enough veggies today but that's because I had to go shopping and restock Smile
