I had a repulsive smell when I opened my refrigerator, and freezer. I cleaned the refrigerator out really well, put a box of baking soda in it, and it still reaks! I can't imagine what it is! Could it be a dead mouse? What do I do?! My kids and I are nauseous! Thanx.

Try wiping the entire refrigerator down with vinegar.
Then put an open pan of vinegar inside.
Maybe it's something behind the fridge.
In that case you will need to move the fridge out.

Oy. If cleaning thoroughly the fridge and freezer are insufficient, then could the smell be coming from BEHIND the fridge? Did you use a fresh box (as opposed to an older box) of baking soda?
I always like cleaning with vinegar or Mr. Clean.

Is the rubber sealing moldy? Or the pipe in the back?

Have somebody pull the refrigerator away from the wall and look behind it. We had the same issue a while ago. There was a dead mouse stuck in the coils in the back of the fridge.
