Op im like u. But I have this argument with dh all year round because we both work full time and all tjhe extras"" like hw, laundry, cleaning, cooking, etc falls on me. The way I look at it is since im "helping him" with his job of supporting the family then he should help""me with the "wife" duties. It is not that im saying it is "tit for tat" but I cant physically manage everything and for us , we cant afford help.
So anything I say doesnt help. So I cut corners whereever I can and this year im going to make much less food. It will be more simple meals for pesach. My dh wont care only my kids but I cant do it all.
Im sorry that you are in this situation. I understand that ur dh probably wont budge here. for some reason, some dhs dont understand that some women are doing double duty, working like a man and then still doing all duties of a sahm. It can be very overwhelming for the woman. The men think they have it hard too. They do but life is hard work.
