All my quiche recipes are the same basic recipe. I don't measure so I'll give my best guess.
A quarter cup milk
3/4 container cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 tsp now garlic powder
3 eggs
And your choice of vegetables- which I sautée first.
Onion, mushroom, broccoli, pepper...
Sometimes I add some tuna (with only onion to make a tuna quiche, or with other veggies- mushroom tuna quiche.)
Sprinkling mazzorella cheese on top is delicious, but optional.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45minutes or until golden color.
