I am having doughnut cravings in a serious way. In preparation for Chanukah, can you please recommend the BEST doughnuts in the Brooklyn area?

Yup.  But they're up to a dollar each now.  They were just almost half-price a little while back.

You can BAKE donuts, too, you know. and have calroies for other things.

Schreibers Bakery, on Nostrand and M, YUMMMM you can buy them still warm, they are heaven, the lines are unreal chanukah time. they have jelly, custard, and caramel.

Anyone know how Podrigal's donuts are, if they make 'em? | OMG I was gonna say the donut man. their stuff is heavenly. theyre not just a bakery. they specialize in donuts. u can get muffins too, but its mostly donuts here. when I was preg, I treated myself a few times to the donut man. it is sooo worth it. sorry choc moose, u r 100% wrong this time. if a piece of fried chicken is the same amt of calories, and ur a preg woman...go for the donuts!!!!!

Im guessing she meant yossis bakery. In that case, there is one on 18th ave and 56th street, one on 14th ave and 45th street, and one on new utrecht ave and 53rd street.

ok, u guys r gonna get it. u got me in the mood of doughnuts, and I called dh to see if there are any bakeries open, and I am driving him nuts that I need a donut. help, where can a pregnant lady get her cravings fixed?
