What would be a nice place, not overly expensive, but nice ambiance, either milchig or fleishig in Brookyn preferably (or Manhattan) to take out teenage daughter for dinner for her birthday along with her younger sister (girls ages 17 and 15)?

For dairy I also like tea for 2 which is on kings high way on east 4.
