Im looking to set up a hotline for my business to upload pre-recorded announcements. I would need the hotline to have options for callers to listen to different previous announcements. I have looked into exchange telecom, but its very expensive. Has anyone done this, which company and pricing?

Yes, many of them that's why I would want to reach them this way.
I do believe that's why this form of communication has been phased out due to social media and all being much more prominent.

Thanks - I looked into these, none of them have the option to have longish messages (in the range of 30mins)
Anyone else have any suggestions?
