thank you for posting. I hope to make time to watch. If I want non vaxxers to hear me out, I should hear them out.
bullying each other wont help make a dent in any way.

I have emunah and bitchachon that hashem runs the world. I also dictate my life according to halacha. That includes taking care of your health and protecting children.
Do you think that we should not have started hatzalah? maybe we should just have stood there and waited for hashem to save them?
I have a real distaste for people who create an environment where children can get hurt or die. I have many friends who's children have cancer. I also have many friends who are pregnant.

They have plenty of proof that it DOES give immunity. How much toxins are you talking about? More than you breathe in on the average day?
You are endangering the weakest segments of the population by trying to convince everyone that vaccines are detrimental. It is simply not true.
Really there are risks, but, as Jews, we need to weigh out the risk versus hishtadlus. Now that there is an outbreak, the protecting yourself and others from the disease seems to overwhelm the minimal, rare risks.

I just got back from giving my almost 3yo her MMR since a girl in her gan has the measles due to her mother refusing to vaccinate her children. Her younger daughter likely has it too. She told the ganenet that vaccinating is much easier than the disease.

OP, seriously? I just did some searching and seeing who the heck this guy is? Im sorry but he himself says he is fundamental christian and that he has done many MLMs. The combination makes him extremely floopy and a bit non believable. But enjoy your documentaries. Rolling Eyes

Thank you for joining in calm logical debate without hate. We need more ahavas chinam and you made me happy. I want to play devils advocate (no pun intended ) even though I vax, I really want the conversation to be had.

Just to point out in all fairness a lot of non vaxxers would NEVER smoke, drink alcohol, soda, etc, ever. They wouldn't touch it under any circumstances.

According to the government vaccines do provide immunity in majority of people. The government also knows that it's not too good to be true. They made vaccine court, exemption's because there will be injury and death from vaccines albeit in small amounts percentage wise.

However, there are real Dr 's and real scientists who are not 100% pro vax across the board. And some who say the risks outweigh the benefits in their opinion. They are few. Calling them quacks won't make them quacks. They are experts too with a minority opinion. Historically majority opinions havent always been perfect. Sometimes the minority was more right.

I actually think there is no absolute here, both ways leave problems in their wake.

Using the debate angle v'nishmartem is a mute point. That is everyone on both sides motivation. Not a convincing point if that's what 100% of everyone is doing it for that reason.

Chemo is probably a better example than antibiotics - especially since chemo today typically encourages the immune system to fight the cancer, just like immunizations encourage the immune system to fight off the infection in case of exposure.

I agree with you that totally discounting either argument makes it impossible for people to think clearly and do what is the best for their particular situation.

The moderator on TTAV may not be perfect, but he interviews many, many doctors and scientists on the series. Somehow you think that the other side is built on torah misinai. It is not and the people who stand behind it definitely are not stellar.

I believe many of the experts and scientists on the film not only know about vaccines but know about other things like autoimmunity and neuro biology and I think we need to put a lot of things together to understand what is truly going on.
