My transunion credit report is down 95 points in 1 month. No significant changes. Minor balance increase decrease. But basically the same range. Equifax has reported the same changes but the credit score did not change. I'm due for a closing next week Monday. Could that have impacted anything?

the bank has been checking your credit periodically - that impacts your score.
There's also a ratio, a percentage of amounts owed from the total amount you could borrow on cards etc. If you went up past that it will impact things too.
I found Credit karma to be helpful. It's free too.
