My baby developed pretty bad eczema on the face. The skin isnt broken, but he has a red face. Ive been putting vaseline on it but he constantly drools which irritates his skin.help!!!1

I use Eucerin baby eczema relief cream. My doctor recommended it. He even had mini samples of it on the office.
I find vasaline to work on dry skin but not so much on eczema.

It's only on the face. Is that safe for baby? He is always drooling and mooshing his face. I feel like he eats the stuff on his face.

Does your doctor have a question line that you can call and ask? I used it on my DS hands and feet so I don't know about faces

Putting on Vaseline right after the bath helps. Throughout the day I found CeraVe cream (not lotion) helped!

I put coconut oil and aquaphor ointment on my baby's eczema.

My babys face is covered in eczema, unfortunately. There could be so many things it could come from - still trying it all!
Stay away from steroid cream even if they say 'oh, it's only less than 1%'. Do your research before you decide to give in! (If u do)
I put coconut oil and tubby Todd 'all over' cream. These are for moisturizing. I do countless other things too.
Keep away from non natural soaps or anything with fragrance. How old is baby?
