Or any other law regarding privacy and confidentiality? Administrator, principal, teacher, secretary, office staff... Sharing stam pieces of info about your child with others?

Check FERPA, which protects the confidentiality of student records.

If you have a specific circumstance, you should check with your local state Bar or an attorney; however, ask the attorney to cite case law or previous rulings to confirm one way or the other.

OP HIPAA probably doesn't apply. FERPA does. You can start here:
