Additional utensils and kitchen items to consider:
Corkscrew
Salt & Pepper shakers (or just salt)
Ladle for soup
Spatulas (fleishig and milchig)
Cutting board
Will add more as I think of them or unpack my Pesach stuff....

Be aware that meats that are pickled can often be chametz. Not all meat are KLP all year round.

If you do potato kugel, grated/shredded veg. Maror/ chopped liver/ sorbet you might want food processor for grating/chopping/ blending.
For blended soups like butternut squash if you use broccoli/cauliflower you might want hand blender.
If you do cakes & ice creams you might want hand mixer or stand mixer with beaters.
If you do juices the braun food processor has jucer part or if you want to buy juicer hand squeezer or electric.
If you doing seder you need matzo covers. Pillow covers. Bowl & cup & towel for washing. Wine decanters/bechers/ saucers to catch drips/ something for keeping salt water/charoses/ kaareh. Matzo holder.pitchers.

Tablecloths/place mats/ serving trays/ salad bowls/ napkin holders/cutlery holders/place mats/ apple corer/ fruit bowls/nut crackers/ jars/containers/ Pyrex glass holders & covers for like fish. Foil pans/ plastic bottles/ dip holders/mugs/ masher for milchig for dairy potaoes....
See whatever suit your needs...what you will serve & what you absolutely need & what you can do without
