Does anybody use room darkeners on a daily basis and have you found that it enhances your sleep or makes you more tired?
I have done both in the past and am undecided which has left me more rested... is there any value to the sunlight that gets blocked out by a room darkener?

My son loves his room darkeners. He used to wear a sleep mask. I have room darkening shades and never use them. I like defused light.

I love my room darkeners I ain’t going back to anything else. I don’t think it makes me more tired at all I feel rested after a night sleep

I buy regular nice white wood look shades,and then put the balck room darkening paper shades behind it. This way window still looks nice and room still gets very dark.
