I am just starting my business and I need to advertise in Brooklyn. There are so many publications and I need to conserve my dollars. Which publication would be the most effective? How much would it cost me? I don't want to spend my budget on an ad that nobody will read.

Be a good place to start. If you have Instagram that’s a free effective venue for business advertisement.

Most effective is the one that your target audience will see. Figure out who that is, and look at the publications they read to see what makes sense for you.
