I have heard that there is a seminary for girls that have a very hard time studying and are on a much lower academic level than other girls their age. I think it might be in Monsey. Does anyone know about it or a similar seminary.

There's academically challenged and developmentally delayed. I heard of a seminary that works with the latter but I don't have real info.
If the latter, you'll want to find out if they help the girls develop to their full potential, besides offering valuable socializing. (Which is what every parent should want in seminary regardless.)
