I think I’ll be completely done by Tues/Wed of NEXT week, before Rosh Chodesh.

And where will you eat for 2 weeks with everyone home??
Even if I was ready I couldn’t change over then with all the kids home and looking for food all day

I’m an empty nester, and we try to eat low carb
Hope the kids will be able to come for Pesach
If they can’t fly they’ll probably drive.

With Hashem's help we'll prep the kitchen and unpack the order into the cabinets before shabbos. Kasher M"S. Too tough to feed everyone 3 meals a day of pesach food too early with everyone home 24 hours a day (even if we keep chometz in the hallway for snacking and sandwiches).

Tuesday night next week. Truthfully does not make a big difference to us because we don’t ever eat chalets. My husband does occasionally make challah for our daughter’s friends which is why we have to kosher. Cleaners coming Tuesday day
