My 3 year old love this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....aa1d8
but only get if your son likes to color. Its a large mat and you fill the pen with water and color shows up when its used on the mat. The mat dries quickly after and can be used again and again. Its great because there is literally no mess, and keeps my son so busy. The link I gave looks like the one I have but isnt (mine is not on Amazon anymore) so I cant vouch for it, but it looks similar.

He also loves playing with his car mat and cars (easy cleanup if you only put out a few cars), kenitic sand, his remote control car https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....0c39, Magna Tiles (but thats not as easy to clean up), his mike/keyboard (let me know if you want the link to that and will look for it) and walkie talkies (he uses them with his older brother) I think thats basically what he always takes out to play but will post more if I remember anything else

Get mentchies and plastic animals. My 4 year old made a zoo with magna tiles and brought the mentchies on a bus to the zoo. Get toys that build on the toys you already have

I don't think this is hygienic, I wouldn't do this

Also, a dollhouse, you'd be surprised
