Playgrounds opened today. It may be that they haven't gotten around to opening everything yet, but my guess would be that they're open in Manhattan.

Where I live in nycha they took off the fences around the playground today. They said tomorrow they will open the sprinkler . My daugher and her friends are waiting anxiously.
