I learnt about skimmies on this site, and they are amazing for preventing heat rashes! Just not sure, are they meant to be worn over panties or instead of panties?

I also discovered them on this website and cant thank the poster enough . Literally my life saver in the summer
I wear it on top of underwear under tights . So so comfy. Cant walk without them anymore
Also bought for my teenage dd who complained of heat rashes

I just want to add for all of you who never heard of it . This literally made my summer days enjoyable. I used to suffer from extreme heat rashes. Especially in the summer . I used to come home , change in to a slinky and socks and not leave my house.
In my community everyone wears tights and under the knee skirts so wearing long skirts was out of question for me
And I tried so many other shorts . For years I used to cut up pairs of comfortable black tights and wear them under or on top my skin colour tights .it was a waste of money and so uncomfortable
Then someone mentioned skimmies here know imamother . and it changed my life !!!
I am super super comfortable. Dont strip my tights off the second I come home .

are they loose?

Not like a girdle . Just comfortable.
