What can I do with this? I have so much!
I made cabbage salad
Sautéed with pastrami and used it to fill egg rolls
Any other ideas?

cabbage noodles (kraut Lukshen) sautee with onions then add in cooked bowtie noodles oil, salt and pepper.
cabbage soup. sautee onions cabbage and ground beef, add tomato sauce, ketchup, water, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano and cook for about 2 hours on medium low.

Sauté it with a stir fry. With or without chicken strips.
Add it to any soup.
Cook it under your chicken.

Cabbage kugel! Add some eggs, a little bit of flour, and some salt and pepper. Bake at 350 until browned and crisp on top.
