I am considering sending my daughter to camp Lakemont for the second half of the summer but I am looking for more information about it please.
What type of a camp is it? what kind of girls/crowd go there and what are the main activities? Is it very sporty?
If anyone here has a daughter there or had sent in the past, would you please send me a private message.

Mom of 3 girls, 2 went in past 1 there now
Heimish ritzy crowd. It’s a very high end expensive camp so it attracts a certain crowd
I heard second half is a different experience. Different head counselor and staff so it’s a totally new experience. Also she’s accepting grades 7 and 8 which is a new thing
Also this year it’s in the poconos and not in Vermont

They were VERY responsive with emails, and sent me an application as well. The cost is the same or even less than some other summer camps for the second half. I just do not know anyone who is sending there, and would appreciate more information. Would you please send me a PM so that we can talk more?
