For those that live in NY
The seat belt law will go into effect TOMORROW
ALL PASSENGERS must wear a seatbelt
That means if you are sitting in the back seat reguardless of age

In Canada this has been the law for as long as I can remember.

The law was in the back seat under age 16 I think had to wear and for adults it was optional. Now everyone has to wear.
