I'm the OP of the "looking for tznius nightgowns" thread.

I said that my kids expect fresh PJs every night, that's their meshugas.

Someone decided that my kids are OCD?!?

Maybe I shouldn't care, but I find it offensive to be seeking diagnoses for everyone, especially based on a random comment, and especially when it has nothing to do with the thread! (I mean, even if they were clinically OCD about cleanliness, why on earth would that make a difference as to where I can get cheap nightgowns?)

Hey, maybe we should have a new thing instead of the "hug" button, we can have a dropdown of which issues we'd like to diagnose the poster with!

Just had to vent!

My kids wear fresh clothing head to toe every single day.

Now I understand where all my laundry comes from.

Going to bed in a freshly laundered night gown or PJs feels really good. Besides, some kids do get very sweaty when they sleep.

I'm sure it's just as simple as that.

If you gave them fresh ones each night, they got used to it, and want it. That's not called OCD. Can't Believe It

My kids don't wear pjs twice either. Personally, I do find it a little OCD, but it's not my kids - it's my husband. He thinks it's gross to wear a pajama again. Since we all shower before bed every single night I don't quite get it, but okay - it makes him happy.

Anyhow, I didn't read the other thread and sorry you got attacked. I'm sure your kids are great. I've been diagnosed here with all sort of medical and psychological issues over the years here. I was even told I need to get tested because I probably have AIDS based on some undesirable behavior my husband had that was a far, far cry from visiting hookers or even having an affair. To enjoy this site you have to be willing to laugh it off.

My 3 year old gets bathed every single night and wears fresh Pjs at night and fresh clothing in the morning. How in the world is this a problem???

so my kids DONT get bathed every night in the winter time. and they like wearing fresh pjs every night cuz its easier to dump it into the hamper in the morning than turning it back right and putting it on the bed.......
but I remind them that they won't have enough to last the week and you have to be respectful of your clothing (enter ear right. exit ear left)
