What's your absentminded story?
I put my half-eaten scrambled eggs into the cabinet and dumped my salt shaker.
I almost walked out of my house without a head covering (btw. I shave my head.) 
Forgot that my boss's son getting married, and did not attend the wedding.
What's your story?

Left my phone in my fridge. Put my Sheital box away upside down on a high shelf in my
Closet with my freshly washed Sheital inside!

I threw away an entire 9x13 pan of lasagna because I couldn't remember if the oven had been self cleaned or not. A week later I remembered that I had indeed self cleaned the oven the day before I made the lasagna so it was perfectly kosher to eat....

My daughter asked for orange juice. I poured her apple juice. She doesn’t like apple juice. She poured the juice into a sibling’s cup and rinsed her own, so the apple juice would be gone. Brought me back her cup. I poured her apple juice again
