My 1yo dc seems to be getting diarrhea after drinking milk. The diarrhea lasts for a few days. I dont think dc is allergic to milky products bc he eats lots of yogurt and materna.

So what could this be??

It sounds like he’s lactose intolerant. It’s very common.

Probably lactose intolerance. Lots of lactose intolerant people can have some dairy products over others.

The more processed the dairy is, the less lactose it has. That's why your child could be reacting differently to plain milk vs other dairy products.

I would suggest trying lactose-free milk and see if that helps.
