Can my daughters wear this dress to a family simcha in February? Or is it too holiday-ish? I've had no luck finding something at my local frum stores

She can wear it.
My daughter had something similar last year from a frum manufacturer, it just had long sleeves and a black bow by the collar.

Yikes. I was hoping to get more yeses. They're little, if that helps. I really haven't found anything that is nice enough at frum store in my area and tried Macy's as a last resort...

I really like it. And no one will be thinking x-mas on February. Go for it!

It's very holiday looking but decide if you care or not.

I've gone to kidichic several times in the last week. I usually love their stuff but nothing they have this season is fancy enough. A lot of it is dark, and more staid mature styles, like more european. I like that usually but I need something more party appropriate.

This is a party dress from kidichic https://kidichicusa.com/collec.....1304s
But many sizes are sold out

This one is available in all sizes
https://kidichicusa.com/collec.....31489
Would look really pretty with a white ribbed turtleneck or thicker material shell underneath

If you must go with that green dress then please remove the bow. You can put a black or white sash on but to wear it as is will look very very holidayish

So I actually bought them the first dress for a different part of the same simcha. The jumper looked terrible on both my daughters. I also can't do too much black.
How would I go about changing the sash?

Its a cute dress, but totally screams x-mas to me. If a girl is wearing it to a simcha in Feb, people might think that the parents just picked a cheap dress from the after x-mas sale. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but I just wanted to point that out in case it’s something you care about.

I've been to kidichic more time than I care to count in the past two weeks.
The gray plaid dress is very plain in person. I would use it for regular shabbos, maybe. More likely a nicer weekday outfit (chol hamoed, Chanukah party).
The coat dress is really cute. But the buttons don't go all the way down and I would either have to get it sewn making it tight or do a skirt under. Also my six year old is tiny and even the size 4 looked funny on her.
The third dress (blue with collar) we almost bought out of desperation. But it's not a nice material...it's like a thick fleece, not a nice wool like fabric. My daughters both found it itchy. It also looked pretty shapeless on them, and I couldn't size down for a sharper fit because they're old enough to need their knees fully covered.

Thank you for taking time to search! All suggestions greatly appreciated!
