Looking for recipe

Hi, does anyone have the oatmeal berry bake recipe from the kosher Palette cookbook? I can not find that cookbook. In addition, this is my first Rosh Hashanah that I am making, does anyone have cool ,pretty but fairly foolproof recipes that I can use?

Oatmeal Berry Bake (Kosher Pallete)
1 Cup flour
1 Cup oatmeal
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 heaped teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranbeery sauce
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

preheat oven 350

combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

pour half mixture in lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish

combine cranberry and pineapple and spoon on top of oatmeal mixture. Top with remaining oatmeal mixture.
bake uncovered for 45 mins.

enjoy!! let me know how it comes out never made it before!

wow thank you Sunnymom. I really apreciate you typing all that up for me. Do you are anyone else have any easy,pretty and failproof recipes for Rosh Hashanah?
