yes and yes! I know someone who lives there, there are a few frum families and they are trying to build the community up! Right now there is a minyan in one of the families houses but they dont always have a minyan so they host bochurim every shabbos. they would love if more families moved in!
and you can get absolutely HUGE houses for super cheap.

I heard about this and also want to hear more. Which part of stony point? Is there still bussing to Monsey schools? Are they looking to hire a rav for a shul yet?
