Have a box of tacos that got smashed. The pieces are not crumbs, more like little cracker size. Any cool ideas how to make use of it? I'd prefer not to dump it.

Put in the food processor and then use the crumbs to coat chicken cutlets.

Taco salad. Instead of filling the taco just mix all the ingredients on the plate. Much neater to eat that way.

Fast and easiest is nachos.
Layer the broken taco shells with cheese and tomato sauce (like salsa or pizza sauce) and bake at 350 until cheese is melted.

We love taco salad. We top our salad plates with taco ground meat and scoop it all up with taco chips.
Don't forget the avocado in the salad.
