Would leftover roast be good as a meat soup with barley etc?
Any other ideas (besides for sandwhiches)

Sauté onion till soft, add shredded roast. Sauté a few minutes. Add duck sauce and bbq sauce. Put on top of scooped mashed potatoes or into a taco shell

Make a mushrooms barley soup and add strips of the meat.

Make a vegetable soup or stew, and then add the cubed roast at the last minute. You want the meat warmed through, but don't overcook it.
