Maybe this is too Stephen Covey, but I think the most important thing I do every day between Purim and Pesach is nothing.
Just sitting down and thinking for 10-15 minutes. First just breathing, then thinking, then making lists. Menus, shopping lists, to do lists, etc.
I try to do it year round, but at this time, it's especially important. It keeps me calm and focused, lets me attend to the larger issues, and stand a chance at remembering the smaller ones.
It's vital when you're making Pesach, and useful if you're traveling.
Just a bit of bubby wisdom.
Relax a bit, you'll get more done.

I agree! Things are always easier if you breathe and relax. This morning my ds was angry he had to get up so early and started being aggressive while pouring his cereal. Of course, it spilled and he got even more frustrated.
