Personally I think it's crazy to lease because you're paying so much each month and you walk off with nothing. Why dont you finance a van over a couple of years instead?

Okay,
I'm vacillating between leasing a 2021 Honda Odyssey (cheaper because the 2022s are out already) or buying a 2018 Toyota Sienna.
I need the cheapest option.

Hopefully our finances will be much better in 2-3 years, so I'm leaning towards leasing now and re-evaluating when the lease is up.

The 2018 Siennas that they're showing me are between $21,700 and $23,500 depending on the mileage (which is between 26k and 56k).

Which way would you suggest we go with this. Also, do you have any idea what my monthly payments would be on the Sienna with a minimum down payment?
