We have the opportunity to buy a house closer to jobs now instead of continuing to rent and commute and run through our savings. The monthly cost is the same as the current status quo, and we had money for a down payment set aside, but we were short a few thousand for closing costs. BH the government stimulus is exactly the missing money!!! It’s been a very stressful year, but the little hugs from Hashem make it easier. I just had to share somewhere.
