I can't reach my rav and in the store.
I have closed grape juice and wine and other stuff kosher l'pesach.
If I could use it it would save a lot of money.
Is it okay?
We are litvish if that matters.

You really have to AYLOR, but I would. It's sealed. If I were really worried it came into actual contact with chometz, I'd clean the outside of the bottles with a Clorox wipe.

There's no halachic reason not to, as long as you clean the outside properly to make sure that isn't even a speck of chametz. Anything more than that would just be personal sensitivity, and that would probably be informed by your budgets.

I would think that if you wash it off and wipe it, it's the same as buying it in the store.

If it's sealed? Why not? Wipe it down if you want. I can't imagine why it would be an issue.

We wash well. I’m not paper use diluted aminoa.
If paper rinse quickly in water
If the paper (choc bars) remove paper and label ourselves.
I had tons of good stuff from boxes like cheese and canned goods

Yes just wipe them off.
The funnest (I like this word so don’t call me out in it grammar police) part of cleaning my mothers pantry for Pesach growing up was finding closed items that were ok for Pesach.
