Thinking of trying this for Pesach because it looks good and it’s so easy. But it seems a little unusual and I don’t want to waste ingredients if it ends up flopping . Did anyone try this? What do you think?

I got so excited when I saw it was egg and dairy free, but we have apple allergies and coconut allergies  It looks like it’s gonna be a weird consistency

Did you try it? I thought 3 ingredients was wowzers the nuts, sugar, eggs one
