Chezchaya has the best recipe! I'll try to find it and post it soon from Instagram. I tried so many others.

This is the easiest one, and it’s vegan if you don’t egg it before baking!

5 c warm water + 6 packets of yeast. Let bloom for 10 min.
Add 1.5 c sugar
1 c oil
4 Tb salt
-mix
Add 5 lb flour

Knead 10-15 min.
Let rise 1.5 hrs, punch down and rise again 1/2 hr.

I love this one. Its very easy to follow.
I use 1 cup of sugar because we like sweet challah.
