Please help me make up an ideal napping schedule for my baby. I want his bedtime to be 6 pm. How many naps ? What times ? thanks in advance

At this age it can go either way. My babies go to
Daycare at and 12 months switch to 1 nap at 12-2. (6:30 wake and sleep) but many babies need (or can have)‘more nap time. 9am and 1pm work well in this scenario

16 hours of sleep per day??? I would see a doctor. That is a TON of sleep for a 1 year old. Sounds more like a newborn.

If your kid can handle a 12 hour night I would do 6 am wake, 6 pm bedtime. Nap 11-1.

My baby is 14 months and has basically transitioned to 1 middle of the day nap.

My DD is a little older than that but has had the same schedule pretty much from around 14 months. Sleeps 7:00-7:00 and naps from 11-1 or 12-2 depending on what we do in the morning
