I've gone to a lot of stores and am having so much trouble finding anything that looks good on me in my size and that is somewhat in style. I also don't like the stuff that is so loss fitted I look pregnant. I'm a size XL in the frum stores but somtimes a L in the regular stores. I'm a little big busted. I'm looking for skirts to.

Is the style now just meant for people who are skinny? I'm just getting very fusrated. And while I'm usually ok with how I look (can't say I wouldn't mind lossing a little, but overall it doesn't bother me to much...) when I go shopping and nothing fits/looks good I suddenly feel so overweight Sad

(please don't tell me that style is not important and I should just wear what I look good in....)

Any links would be so appreciated!

Do you know your US, UK, and EU sizes?

I find things like M, L, XL to be meaningless.

I'm 5'7", and I wear a US size 12, UK 14, and an EU 44. These sizes are almost always consistent. I'm not super slim, but nobody has ever called me overweight.

Online, I'm usually a 3XXX! How does that make any sense? Banging head

Fit and flair. I always put that in the search bar.

No waist makes you look heavier.

Big fluffy sleeves add volume-something I don’t need.

Here are some you might like. I'm the same size as you, but smaller on top so don't have experience with how things might fit you, but I've been really successful at Nordstrom.

Thanks so much for your links! You don't know how appreciated they were - I'm not so great with online searches or figuring out what would look good on someone my size (till I try it on) so it was such a help. Some stuff I liked are sold out or none left in my size...guess it makes sense since it's a bunch hours later (I couldn't come on here during work) I'm going to go through the rest again and hopefully will find something.

I'm a sz XL. I bought the maternity look dresses , that are very in this season. It suits me very well. The trick is to buy it very just, no room to gain weight. And it's so comfortable!! But... I'm not busty. So don't know if it'll work for you. Hatzlacha

One of the first links was really nice, $50-something, but I don't like the color on me

My favorite of the ones I've checked so far was the $350 one. I must have expensive taste Tongue Out

Lots are around $150a

I don't love the belted waist. I'm larger on top, and they make me look huge. Especially since they were tied so high
