I wore black tights on Shabbos to a simcha and I wore black leggings today to go out locally. I made chicken soup and put on my heat it's cold outside you can wear black tights everything goes in the fashion world and honestly it's you that has to be comfortable not the rest of the world. If you need to wear tights due to weather/comfort go for it!
