I'm familiar with Machon Tal for nursing. I guess you could call it Olim friendly because if you have good but not great Hebrew, they will let you use a Hebrew-English dictionary on tests, but the program is in Hebrew. If your Hebrew isn't at least "pretty good", then it won't work.

Thank you everyone for your replies and insight!
If my children decide to attend college in Israel and after graduating choose to work and live in America would employers accept degrees from Israel?
I would be very happy if my children wanted to make aliyah after studying in Israel but I want to be sure that they would have opportunities in America as well.
Any thoughts or experiences please share!

An academic degree would be accepted. A practical qualification like medicine or nursing might require them to pass the licensing exam back in America.
