What do baby boys wear to their own bris?
All white?
Anything goes?

A white knit outfit
A christening gown (open on the bottom)
A white stretchie (harder to deal with regarding the bris)

I'd buy a new outfit that looks nice, but inexpensive since it is likely to get stained with wine.

Something white usually.
And easy to get off.
I did a cream knit top and pants. So easy to just slide off ( he came back without the pants)

Usually whoever you’re getting the pillow from has the outfit to give as well. Bris Gemach

There is a minhag to wear only white. I have seen babies in other colors like a light blue outfit, but majority of the time, the baby is wearing white.

I put the same white gown for all my boys. I like to use gowns because the baby can be covered up without needing to fuss much with snaps and buttons.

Something like this .. but my son was way too small at 5 lbs / 6 weeks old for any newborn outfit not to look rediculous on him.

Thanks everyone, I didn’t even think about the practicality of undressing and dressing a newborn.
Regarding diapers, I feel like I am missing something obvious but, why so many diapers?

My babies wore a white knit ribbed set from lil legs that came with a bonnet. Simple, comfy, no layers, looks adorable.
No idea why so many diapers, I only used like 1-2.

I got an adorable cream knit two-piece from zara. White is a minhag and two piece is for practicality.
