I have several boxes of powdered falafal mix. Any ideas what I can do with them other than make traditional fried falafel? Thanks!

The Short on Time cookbook has falafel crusted chicken using dry falafel mix and it's really good! I wonder if you could use it on fish or firm veggies like eggplant and zucchini for the 9 days.

I once saw a recipe using it as breading for chicken fingers...but I don't remember exactly how they did it.

I make falafel chicken with a mix. I add a little olive oil and water to moisten the falafel mixture, then dip the chicken cutlets in tehina and then in the falafel crumbs. Spray with PAM and bake. I serve it with tehina and eggplant dip and Moroccan carrot salad.

I once made felafel coated cauliflower (it was delicious but too labor intensive for me to make again)

You can make falafel in a waffle maker if you have one. It makes it crispy without frying.

Hey I just saw someone on Instagram showing to coat cheese with it to make mozzarella cheese sticks or balls!
Gives more flavor rather than breadcrumbs
