I just had a baby. It’s been a long time since I’ve had my last one, and I have to buy everything from scratch. I really am struggling to figure out what I need/want/can afford when it comes to all the baby products.
Can anyone recommend a diaper bag? Here are the criteria:
- A bag that is of good quality, no flimsy zippers or straps
- Functional and at least decent looking, so good size with a few pockets, should be able to keep clean and wash/spot treat if necessary.
- Should not scream “I’m a diaper bag!”so no bright colored kiddie designs
- Gender neutral so my husband and oldest son should be comfortable carrying it around too
- not too expensive, so hopefully under $100
Please provide recommendations with links. I’m looking forward to seeing what all the savvy imamothers come up with.

Came on here to post about skiphop and I see I'm not the only one. I love how their diaper bags look like real bags and they have so many pockets and storage space.
I've also bought JJ Cole in the past which I also liked-it was a great size and it looked like a real pocketbook and I used to even use it just for me.
