I only bring a phone, license, and key. I lock the car and just take the key with me.

Waterproof bag for phone, keys and some cash. I wear it as a necklace. I dont go into the water

I hide it a little under a towel or in a shoe, but mostly I make sure not to bring anything too valuable. Just a key, a small amount of cash that’s not the end of the world to lose, and a book.

Years ago I was teaching at a school and one of the teachers who lived near the beach was talking about going to the beach. Another teacher who was a BT turned around and asked how can a frum woman (or man) go to the beach. She didn't have an answer. But I'm glad to hear that many people don't go.
