Hi all,

I have a 7 year old girl and I'm desperately ISO denim "biz" style skirts for her for non-school days and the summer. You know, the kind like uniform style with the elastic waist, drop yoke, and little pleats, that go well below the knees.

I'm having a real problem finding her decent denim, but "relaxed" (I.e. not binding) tznius skirts. She wears an 8 or 10 little girls', depending on the brand.

The Childrens Place skirts they had last season are too short unless I get her way too big a size, and then even w/ the adjustable waist they hang.

I live in NY but not in Brooklyn and I've never shopped there, so if you have suggestions there you have to be VERY specific or I won't know. Thanks!

No "biz" style, but a few long, "relaxed" skirts at Devorah's

I looked at belowtheknee.com- no biz's. other nice skirts though. I have one for dd that is a hand me down from my 21 year old sister. someone here used to have a business sewing them. we could get black or blue denim or cotton twill. they must've been really well made b/c it's in near perfect condition.
